New Swimmers Evaluations

Requirements:

  • Swimmers must be between 5 - 18 years old, based on your age as of June 1st.
  • 8 and under - swim one continuous length of the pool (25 meters) using a coordinated stroke and rhythmic breathing, and be able to float on your back
  • 9-12 years old - swim one continuous length (25 meters) of freestyle using a coordinated stroke and rhythmic breathing, and one continuous length of backstroke
  • 13 and over - swim two continuous lengths (50 meters) of freestyle with coordinated stroke and rhythmic breathing, and two continuous lengths of backstroke

Registrar will be on site to register in person once you make the team!

Please have your swimmers enter through the gate. We have a small parking lot, but plenty of street parking.

TEAM AREA: Your team area will be located to the left past the pavilion and along the fence near the baby pool. There is no shade on the deck. If you have a canopy, you may want to bring it for your swimmers. 

Below is an approximate schedule of events and other information:

  • Warm-up for Flower Hill 5:00-5:20pm
  • Visitor’s warm-up: 5:20-5:40pm
  • Officials meeting: 5:30 pm
  • Timer briefing: 5:40 pm
  • Scratch meeting: 5:45 pm
  • Timer check: 5:55 pm
  • National Anthem and meet start: 6:00 pm
